I moved to CA in 1972 and married a wonderful
guy. Our kids are now grown. My son, David, is married and has
two wonderful babies and my daughter, Shellie, takes great care of my "grand
dogs". My step son, David (yes, both boys are Davids) is married and
expecting their first child in April. I have been a respiratory therapist
for 26 years and work in a Childrens Hospital. I am the clinical
instructor for the neonatal intensive care unit. I love it! I
come to Sarasota to visit my family fairly often, and now try to time my
visits so that I can see shows, as my neice, Rikki Hettig-Rolf, is
performing. Watching the shows is an emotional event for me....so many
wonderful memories. I regret that my children did not have the to
opportunity to experience the team building and self actualization that is
fostered through Circus.
